even sending me to training is such a burden to them..
anything that has to do with this is a burden to them..
i always have to fight just to go there..

when she plays football..u guys go on and cheering for her...
and not laugh at her..
every injury she gets..u guys would treat her like a baby..taking her to a doctor or helping her with it
but when i got an injury..u guys don't care that much..u want me to die in front of u in order for you to care?

after days,hours,minutes and seconds of consideration..

i've finally made my decision..

I'M ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT!!

FIRST!!

need to get in shape..

must do fitness training by myself(considering that i only go training once a week)

no more being lazy!!

must start running to increase ze stamina..

also..need to build strong core muscles....

and try to improve my skills and speed!!

SECOND!!

no more junk food!!(maybe once a while)

need to loose some weight

don't want to stay in the same category..hahaha

maybe as the weight decreases..my chances of getting a gold increases..muahahaha

THIRD!!

must think positive all the time!!

aim for the goods!!

haha..

need to REDEEM MYSELF..MUST REDEEM MYSELF!!

my lost in the last tournament was unexceptable..especially when coach was the referee for my match..i repeat my match!!losing when she's the referee is just like having a knife stabbing your heart over and over again..

i won't dissapointyou this time coach!!and i won't dissapoint myself!!

FINAL MERENTAS DESA!!!

this was taken when we were suppose to be running;p

it was my final merentas desa!!!i had a lot of fun running like a dork and singing YMCA while doing so...

hahaha..

before it was the bahagian A punya turn..

i was assign to jaga one of the checkpoints for bahagian B..

kesian all those people that had to pass by the checkpoint...i was screaming my lungs out for them..

cheering for them so they would start running instead of just walking..hahaha..

takajut dorang....

then after that it was the PIBG punya turn...hahaha..

Mrs.P was running so hard i couldn't stop laughing...

again i was cheering so hard for all the runners!!..

man my screaming shocked some of the runners...:P

but it was damn funny...i ran with ian..and we were CRAZY...at least i was...

we stop at every checkpoint and pretended that we were in charge at that time..hahaha

once we stoped at a checkpoint,we would cheer for the runners..cheering like old fags...

we did all kinds of running skills...basically we were being RETARDED!!!

this year..as usual...JET HOUSE WON...!!!YEAH BABY!!

although i didn't contributed through points..but i did cheer for all of them..haha
